Jocate’s quality management system is certified by NP EN ISO 9001, having a set of requirements that aim to organise and systematize the provision of road freight services in order to comply with the internal and external provisions and with the requirements of the stakeholders and legal, statutory and regulatory imperatives.

 
 
ABOUT US

 

Jocate – Transportes e Equipamentos, Lda. was established in December 1995. In 1996, its licence was issued for engaging in the business of transport of goods by road for hire.

In 2004, it obtained the licence for the international road transport of goods for hire since.

Jocate carries out the transport of various goods, particularly, the transport of Non-Hazardous Industrial Waste (NHIW) such as ferrous and non-ferrous metal wastes, end-of-life vehicles (ELVs), used tyres, wood, construction and demolition waste (CDW), waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE), transport of dangerous goods by road (ADR), special transport, among others.

Currently, it has a team of specialized professionals with many years of experience and a varied range of solutions well suited to its customers.

JOCATE – Transportes e Equipamentos, Lda. is a company licensed by IMT for the transport of goods for hire, in Portugal and abroad.

To achieve sustained growth, JOCATE pursues a business strategy in the medium/long term, promoting the importance of the ability to respond to service requests and the quality of the transport service, relying on production efficiency, quality, and image.

Since our clients are fundamental parts in our sustained growth, their satisfaction is crucial, and achieved through the fulfillment of their requirements and the agreed conditions. In line with this objective, we promote the personal and professional valorization of our employees, based on their training, motivation, and participation.

In order for the management of JOCATE to be carried out in regard to quality, it is essential to reinforce the involvement of all its clients, employees, and suppliers. This means the latter must be qualified and committed to the quality of the products and services provided.

JOCATE's Management also undertakes to ensure that its Quality Management System responds to the requirements of clients and other stakeholders and to the development and continuous improvement of its services, complying with all legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements. In addition, it assumes compliance with all the requirements of its QMS and the continuous improvement of its effectiveness.

In line with what has already been stated, it is essential to achieve and adjust the objectives.
